Yoga and me
Since Yoga is part of my little world, I have fully cleared and rearranged it. Now more than ever, I follow this happy buzz inside of me that has so much good advice to give. I teach this to my clients and students too – follow your heart and intuition. Love yourself.
Applied through Yoga, I find it is best practiced with meditation and no motion style Yin. Because I – like many of my students – am not only Yin, but at least as much Yang, I like combining Yin with Hatha.

„Loving yourself is not the same as being selfish.“
„Anna is an incredible Yoga teacher filled with positive and calm energy. As I was not an experienced yoga student, I really enjoyed the big variety that was offered by Anna to give anyone the opportunity to be part of her class. I can highly recommend to join one of her sessions.“Vlada Labzeyeva
I learned how to teach in India: 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at RYS Mahi. Certified of course. What followed were hundreds of hours of one on one and group classes in Portugal, New Zealand, Germany etc. as well as my first own Retreat in Portugal. On the way I completed my Reiki Level I at Vagabond Temple in Cambodia.
